State Register & Laws

  • Indiana Public Sex Offender Registration – This is the Indiana Sheriffs’ Association official Sex Offender Registry database. It can be used to view information about a Sexual Offender.
  • Indiana Sex Offender Laws – A web page with the Indiana sex offender laws.
  • Zachary’s Law – Zachary’s Law requires sheriff departments to jointly establish and maintain the Indiana Sheriffs’ Sex Offender Registry to provide detailed information about individuals who register as sex or violent offenders at Indiana sheriff departments.
  • Indiana Sheriffs’ Association Sex Offender (FAQ) – This is a web page that provided by the Indiana Sheriff’s Association with Frequently Asked Questions in regards to the sex offender laws and registration.
  • Sex Offender Management & Monitoring (SOMM) – Sex Offender Management & Monitoring (SOMM) is collaborative effort between Liberty Behavioral Health Corporation and the Indiana Department of Correction. They provide program will develop a collaborative statewide system to protect the public by reducing sex offender victimization in Indiana.

Therapy Options

  • Family & Children’s Center Counseling and Development – Family & Children’s Center Counseling and Development offers counseling for adults and juvenile sex offenders. They also offer counseling for sexual addictions. They are located in South Bend, Indiana.
  • Indiana University (Bloomingdale) – Indiana University (Bloomingdale) offers a multiyear study investigates the efficacy of Functional Family Therapy as a treatment model for juvenile sex offenders as compared to traditional sex offender treatment programs.
  • Regional Youth Services – Regional Youth Services offers a treatment program for adolescent sex offenders. They are located in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
  • LifeCare Counseling Services – LifeCare Counseling Services offers sexual addiction therapy.  They are located in Carmel, Indiana.
  • Lifeline Youth & Family Services – Lifeline Youth & Family Services offers a program that is designed for children ages 8 and up who have been the victims of abuse and who, in turn, begin abusing others. They are located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
  • Onarga Academy – Onarga Academy provides several different options for male juvenile sex offenders and/or male juveniles who exhibit sexually problematic or abusive behavior. They are located in Onarga, Illinois.

Other Resources

  • Reform Sex Offender Laws of Indiana – One of our main missions is to educate the State Legislatures on the civil rights of SO’s. We would like to see the SOR abolished for first time offenders. We believe that education and awareness gives insight to resolve issues for both sides.
  • Public Advocates in Community re-Entry (PACE) – Public Advocates in Community re-Entry (PACE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in Marion County Indiana that provides services exclusively to individuals with felony convictions. PACE seeks to provide services and resources to enable those returning citizens to become law abiding, productive and responsible members of society.

  • Stop the House of Representatives- Site to find out whom your state House of Representative is and ways to contact him/her.
  • Stop the Governor – Site to find out whom your state’s governor is and how to contact him/her.
